Meeting Objectives
The purpose of the Kick-off meeting is to fine-tune the strategy of the Adult Immunization Board (AIB). Specific objectives of the meeting:

- To get an overview of the activities and lessons learned from the VHPB (created in 1992) and
HPV Board (created in 2015) which serve as model for the AIB - To get an overview of past and ongoing initiatives /activities in the adult immunization field (focus on Europe)
- To define topics and activities for the AIB that are complementary and synergistic with ongoing initiatives
- To discuss and prioritize topics for technical meetings
- To discuss and prioritize regions/countries for country meetings
- To discuss AIB independence and the profile of an AIB advisor
- To draft a work plan of the AIB for the coming year
- To get an overview of the activities and lessons learned from the VHPB (created in 1992) and
Target Audience
Potential AIB advisors, potential AIB observers and European adult immunization stakeholders.
